We make reasonable efforts to refer background-checked, insured installers. However, installers are independent businesses, and we do not guarantee their work, availability, pricing, or conduct. Before any work begins, you are responsible for confirming an installer's licensing and insurance and for reviewing the terms of your agreement with them.

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with an installer, that an installer will be available in your area, or that any particular outcome will result from using the service.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are the homeowner or are otherwise authorized to request work at the property.

The content, design, and branding of this website are owned by SafeStep Homes and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeStep Homes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or work of any independent installer, arising from your use of the website or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold SafeStep Homes harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or your dealings with any installer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SafeStep Homes operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
